Andrew Millsop

Andy is an expert in leadership and management, working across projects, programmes, and portfolios in both private and public sector organisations. He will lead your team to develop project visions and business cases, ensuring maximum effectiveness through every stage of the project life cycle.

Graham Ford

Graham leads our service delivery team and brings over 20 years’ experience in operations across a range of industries, driving strategic roadmaps and visions and delivering real business benefits. A highly effective leader, he brings board-level expertise and a focus on quality and customer relationships.

Len is our systems designer and developer with extensive knowledge of project and programme management design and development, supporting a wide range of different IT solutions.

Sarah is a highly experienced communications specialist, with extensive experience in communications, media, stakeholder engagement, and has led high-performing teams in complex projects across several sectors, including highways and housing.

Sarah Roy

Sarah Roy joins to develop our client and partner relations and help us focus on growing our business. With a long career in sales across a number of sectors, Sarah also brings experience from working in the high-pressure environment of onscreen live television product promotion.

Kit Norriss 

3rd Line IT Technician

Kit is our 3rd Line Technician who brings a wealth of experience to the team. He drives security and innovation within the A303 tenant, keeping things secure and utilizing the latest 365 features for the scheme.

Atif Darr 

1st Line Support

Atif is one of our 1st Line supports, with extensive knowledge of service desk management. He assists with excellent IT delivery across many different platforms and has experience managing service desks in both the public and private sectors.


Ruinan Wang

Ruinan is MindCraft's resident data scientist. Having graduated with distinction in his MSc from Bristol University he is currently supporting our work on the high profile A303 Stonehenge roads project as part of the Information Services team, while also working on his PhD.

Charlotte is our newest recruit, ensuring we can bring more depth to our clients’ communications needs. Following her degree in Politics and International Relations, Charlotte brings a sharp interest in the tech world and how to effectively communicate and share its benefits.
